Description of the role:
As a receptionist at our company, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
This role is a very low-key job but also an important position within our company. This is an entry level position but comes with opportunities for advancement within the company if and when they are available based on job performance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Benefits:
Compensation for this role is $14.00 - $15.00 per hour paid weekly.
Hours:
Monday: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
Tuesday: through Friday- 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
