Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics‑driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in office full time.
• Must be driven by candidate satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Must have strong organizational, verbal, written and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
• Prior experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
• Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail.
• 1‑2 years professional experience.

Salary And Benefits

• Base salary plus commission: $90,000 - $100,000.
