Duties & Responsibilities The Inventory Management coordinator will support the daily administrative operations by performing a variety of clerical tasks under the direct supervision of the manager of Inventory Management. Candidate must be highly organized and detail‑oriented to support inventory management team.

Essential Job Functions

Assist with new item numbers, pricing, preparing various reports, adding and managing vendor information.

Accurately enters, process and verifies that all supply requests for Inventory Management are complete and correct including item descriptions, quantities, identify discrepancies and departmental specifications.

Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory management log book, assisting with spot checks, and participating in the annual inventory audit (excluding pharmacy).

Supports the inventory management team by confirming deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring proper organization/filing of physical records.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads.

Minimum Qualifications

A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Community Health, Psychology or related discipline with one year of full‑time experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in business management systems, general administration, health care and medical/patient systems administration; or,

A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.

Department Preferences

1-2 years of experience in order processing, inventory control, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory management system.

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
