Job Duties

Cleaning and organizing the warehouse

Staging vehicles and jobs with the appropriate materials and equipment

Taking accurate inventory counts

Maintaining accurate inventory levels

Performing various janitorial work inside both the warehouse and office

Communicate and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure all material inventory is correct for the success of a project

Gather, prepare, and stage all materials and equipment for appropriate jobs

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in warehouse

Ability to successfully navigate inventory system “NETSUITE”

Adhere to all company policies and standards

Various other duties and tasks assigned as needed

Qualifications

At least 1 or more years of warehouse experience working with Solar

Must be familiar with solar materials (panels, tile hooks, tilt scales, strut applications, etc.)

Ability to read plans (blueprints) and use deductive reasoning to create lists of required materials for jobs

Certified forklift driver a plus

Must possess a valid California driver license and a minimum of 2 years driving for a company

Computer experience a must - having worked with, "All Orders", inventory system a big plus

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Some college preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position

Ability to work with inventory management

Ability to respond quickly to changes

Strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Pay $17 to $22 per hr. DOE
