Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join the team as a Product Manager. As a key cross‑functional partner, you will support a multi‑year product strategy across Leviat North America lines of business, defining category‑specific product roadmaps and launch strategies. The role reports to the Head of Product Management.
Job Location Based at our plant in San Antonio, TX or Riverview, FL.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage the Forming and Reinforcing product line roadmap, establishing the value proposition for products and solutions across all markets.
Lead new product development using the Stage‑Gate process.
Manage product line life‑cycle, including SKU rationalization, complexity reduction, make‑vs‑buy analysis, inventory and pricing management.
Analyze and benchmark key competitors for gaps or opportunities.
Collect and analyze market data with Commercial teams, including market size, competitive landscape, pricing, and product gaps.
Identify customer needs and represent the voice of the customer.
Lead the annual product portfolio review.
Partner with key customers to develop customized solutions and drive innovation.
Support product training.
Support marketing content creation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
Minimum 3 years of product management, product marketing, or product development experience.
Proven record of launching new successful products.
Leadership and strategic capabilities with an ability to engage stakeholders across a large organization.
Excellent communication skills, flexible and adaptable at all organizational levels.
Highly organized with proven project‑management skills.
Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to use data to build business cases.
Self‑motivated, visionary, future‑oriented, and results‑driven.
Adaptable to efficiently manage multiple, shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Travel up to 15%.
