Manage day-to-day aircraft projects within the Part 145 Repair Station. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring updates and satisfaction throughout the project. Order, track, and manage parts required for timely project completion. Verify accuracy and completion of documentation, including time entries, work orders, and sign-offs. Collaborate closely with technicians, avionics teams, and management to meet project milestones. Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure workflow efficiency. Oversee final inspections, aircraft delivery, and post-delivery client follow-ups. Requirements
Proven experience within a Part 145 Repair Station environment. Proficiency with
Corridor
or
Pentagon
software. Strong knowledge of
heavy maintenance and avionics projects
for business jets (Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, Citation). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. 401(k)
