As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Your friendly demeanor will help maintain a safe environment for employees and customers. Job Requirements and Essential Functions
Able to work at night/overnight hours Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required Basic computer literacy Reliable transportation Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them Able to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds Capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time The company and/or upper management may modify or add to these duties at any time with or without prior notice.
