Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage onboarding workflows using UKG’s Onboarding Gateway and PRO platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to facilitate pre‑ and post‑onboarding tasks such as new hire notifications, I‑9 and E‑Verify processing, documentation review, and HRIS profile setup.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey.
Maintain and update onboarding templates, checklists, and process documentation to reflect current practices and compliance standards.
Conduct regular audits of employee data across HR systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Reconcile HR data between UKG and other platforms, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Utilize Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to support reporting, data validation, and operational analysis.
Respond to inquiries from the HR shared inbox, escalating issues as needed to appropriate stakeholders.
Train HR team members and hiring managers on UKG onboarding processes and best practices.
Support additional HR operations tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR operations or onboarding, preferably with UKG systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation techniques.
Experience conducting data audits and maintaining data integrity across HR platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with new hires.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Position Summary This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this role may range from $55,000 to $65,700, with compensation varying based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and variable pay programs.
