Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Operations Analyst to serve as the primary administrator and visionary for our HubSpot platform. This role is ideal for a HubSpot super admin who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and business development operations. You will lead the transformation of team processes into a streamlined, data‑driven, and highly efficient operation using the full capabilities of the HubSpot ecosystem.

Responsibilities HubSpot Platform Management

Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.

Configure workflows, pipelines, lead scoring, segmentation, and automation.

Establish and enforce data quality standards through regular audits, hygiene, and enrichment practices.

Own and continuously improve the end-to-end lead flow process, ensuring timely routing, follow‑up, and conversion tracking.

Manage private apps, APIs, and third‑party integrations to support business needs.

Oversee user access, data governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Align HubSpot strategy with business goals and revenue targets in partnership with leadership.

Lead change management and drive user adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

Champion the migration from an integrated HubSpot/Salesforce system to a centralized HubSpot solution.

Stay current with HubSpot updates and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance platform usage.

Cross‑Functional Process Leadership

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to design scalable, integrated processes.

Continuously improve lead capture, nurturing, and conversion workflows.

Implement approval, delivery, and tracking workflows for campaign assets (e.g., social posts, podcasts, webinars).

Analytics & Insights

Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights across the revenue funnel.

Monitor KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.

Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve performance.

Enablement & Adoption

Serve as the go‑to resource for HubSpot users, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and proactive communication around system updates and changes.

Train and support team members on HubSpot best practices and new features.

Maintain user guides and systems documentation.

Champion HubSpot usage and adoption across teams.

MarTech & Campaign Support

Support marketing campaigns through automation, segmentation, and personalization.

Manage and support tools integration (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Apply database segmentation and augmentation strategies to enhance targeting and engagement.

Leverage buyer intent data and AI to enhance understanding of buyer behavior and client activity.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred

Three or more years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation (super admin level preferred).

Experience with CRM or marketing automation platform migrations preferred (e.g., Salesforce to HubSpot).

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and data governance best practices.

Solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing operations.

Proven ability to design and optimize workflows, automation, and data processes.

Experience with CRM data management, reporting, and analytics.

Proficiency in Microsoft365, project management platforms, and Salesforce preferred.

Excellent collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
