Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately, and courteously.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Inventory stock during shifts to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
Count cash on hand at shift change and closing to determine shortages or overages; prepare bank deposit statements.
Demonstrate strong written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
Maintain reliable transportation.
