As the full‑time Assistant Store Leader, you are the store’s direct influencer in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Job Details Key responsibilities include:

Assist the Store Leader with hiring and training new team members.

Coordinate the day‑to‑day workflow of team members and provide direction.

Assist with employment actions, including discipline and termination, in accordance with company policy.

Monitor the store’s performance, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.

Enforce the proper use of sales pitches with the team.

Maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Availability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.

Maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards.

Assign and delegate tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work on the cash register or related equipment.

Lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Ability to work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment; perform physical activities such as lifting (0‑50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.

Eligibility Eligibility for this role requires a clean driving record—no major moving violations or serious preventable accidents in the last 3‑5 years—and a current driver’s license (not suspended or expired).
