ServiceNow Developer with Security Clearance
Location: Tampa, FL. Salary: $120,000–$160,000. Employment Type: Full‑time.
Job Summary Serve as Chief Technologist to maintain and develop ServiceNow environments, support O&M activities, and lead initiatives within the USCETCOM CTIS Program.
Responsibilities
Maintain development, test, and production of ServiceNow environments.
Support ongoing O&M activities and projects for the USCETCOM CTIS Program.
Maintain, implement, and integrate ServiceNow systems, including workflow development.
Handle bug fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
Implement ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment.
Monitor system stability to prevent service degradation or interruption.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps.
Assist with configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for portfolio performance visibility.
Work with the CSI Lead to evaluate impacts of recommended initiatives and projects.
Deliver advanced ITSM processes and tooling solutions.
Assist in delivering enterprise best practices, including ITIL, Agile, and PMBOK frameworks.
Maintain customer relationships for lifecycle replacement of IT hardware.
Resolve support issues within ServiceNow, working directly with end users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
BS in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
5+ years of senior‑level technologist experience.
3+ years as a ServiceNow Systems Engineer.
Hands‑on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Jelly scripts, and RESTful API web services.
Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management/Request Fulfillment.
Experience implementing and supporting ITOM and ITAM applications: Discovery, asset management, service mapping patterns, event management.
Knowledge of relational databases such as MariaDB, including installation, optimization, indexing, and coding.
Must have or be willing to complete within 6 months: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified System Engineer.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 certification.
ServiceNow ITSM Implementer certification (preferred).
Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
Travel up to 10% during the year, including OCONUS locations.
