Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and driving efficiency in all store processes. They leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates and product knowledge while leading talent through recruiting, training, and engagement. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, our Assistant Managers have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.
