Location:
Garland Road Nursing & Rehab Center, Enid, OK.
Essential Duties
Answer phones and transfer to appropriate departments/staff.
Maintain the company’s applicant tracking system to ensure applicants are being worked through the process.
Provide customer service/help guests with Front Door Alarm.
Order office supplies and maintain office machines (call appropriate vendors).
Establish and maintain accounts and account records for all payables for the community.
Prepare, process, and submit payroll data for community.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 1 year of working experience in payroll and human resources.
Working knowledge of common office machines.
General computer skills required (knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
