Job Title RN Resident - Multiple Specialties (March 2026) – Providence St. Peter Hospital, Olympia, WA

Overview This RN Residency Program is designed for current nursing students and recent graduates with less than 12 months of experience. The position begins on March 23, 2026.

Program Description Providence invites applicants to join our RN Residency Program at Providence St. Peter Hospital. The residency combines a structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors. Nurses will receive supportive, patient-focused, whole‑person care training centered on humility, commitment, and mutual respect.

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.

Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.

Newly licensed RN with 12 months of experience or less.

Preferred Qualifications

Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty.

Benefits and Compensation Providence offers a comprehensive benefits package including retirement 401(k) with employer matching, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, vacation, holidays, and wellness resources. The base pay range is $46.30 to $91.32 per hour, with potential for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
