Trueline’s client, a leading commercial cladding and siding contractor serving clients throughout New England, is seeking a Site Supervisor, Cladding & Façade Systems to join their team. This role will oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring high-quality exterior envelope installations and safe, efficient progress from start to finish.
What You’ll Do as the Site Supervisor, Cladding & Façade Systems
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities: crew assignments, work sequencing, quality checks.
Ensure installations (metal panels, fiber-cement siding, composite cladding, rainscreen systems) align with project specifications, drawings, and company standards.
Maintain detailed daily logs of progress, delays, material usage, and issues; communicate updates to project managers.
Lead regular on-site safety meetings and enforce company and OSHA safety policies to maintain a strong safety culture.
Manage materials, equipment, and tools on-site; coordinate deliveries, minimize waste, and avoid downtime.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and general contractors to keep work flowing smoothly.
Identify potential problems early (schedule delays, quality concerns, site logistics) and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-first team environment that values craftsmanship and accountability.
Site Supervisor, Cladding & Façade Systems Requirements
3+ years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on cladding, siding, or façade systems.
Prior experience in a supervisory, foreman, or lead installer role on job sites.
Strong working knowledge of installation methods for metal panels, composite materials, fiber-cement siding, and rainscreen assemblies.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation specifications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; comfortable directing crews and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
OSHA-10 certification required; OSHA-30 preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; comfortable working outdoors and traveling to job sites as needed.
Nice-to-Haves as the Site Supervisor, Cladding & Façade Systems
Experience working with high-rise or large commercial façade systems.
Previous use of construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) or digital site documentation tools.
Familiarity with LEED, sustainable cladding systems, or energy-efficient envelope assemblies.
Strong track record in site safety leadership (e.g., zero-incident record, leading toolbox talks).
Certifications relevant to the trade (e.g., NCCER, SMSTS or equivalent) or specialized training in metal panel installation.
