Payroll Administrator
will oversee all aspects of payroll, from timesheet collection to post-processing reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Process biweekly payroll cycles for hourly, salaried, and seasonal employees. • Review and verify timesheets, deductions, and wage adjustments. • Maintain payroll records and employee master data within the HRIS system. • Prepare payroll tax filings and reconcile related GL accounts. • Assist with benefit deductions, garnishments, and retirement contributions. • Support audits and generate payroll and labor reports as requested. Core Competencies
• 2-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment. • Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP, Paycor, or Paylocity. • Working knowledge of federal and Indiana state payroll regulations. • Strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Full-time, Monday-Friday Compensation:
