As part of the Inkeros Recruiting team, you’ll learn the fundamentals of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, competitive industry. You’ll support multiple clients, manage full-cycle recruitment, and play a key role in bringing top talent into our growing organization.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a great communicator, and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You’ll determine a candidate’s potential through thoughtful, insightful questions and maintain a strong, organized pipeline of prospective talent.
What you’ll do
Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future opportunities
Conduct interviews via phone and in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume review
Serve as the main point of contact for candidate questions and communications
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to meet hiring goals
Meet weekly recruitment targets and performance metrics
Who you are
Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset
Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred (not required)
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Quick learner with adaptability to change
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and deadlines
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and reliability
Enthusiastic approach to challenges and opportunities
Commitment to quality and achieving meaningful results
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
