About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Provider Recruiting to lead the strategic and hands-on efforts in building and expanding its clinical provider network. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the internal recruiting team, driving network expansion through data-informed strategies, and nurturing long-term relationships to maintain a deep bench of talent. This role involves overseeing the continuous recruiting and hiring process, managing a team of clinical recruiters and sourcers, and ensuring the team provides best-in-class experiences to all candidates. The Head of Provider Recruiting will also be championing cross-functional partnerships, particularly with capacity operations and clinical leadership, to ensure a smooth and scalable activation and staffing experience. Ideal candidates for this role at the company will be innovative, forward-looking talent acquisition and operations professionals with a passion for providing the best candidate experiences. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, at least 6 years' of staffing experience, including 2 years in high-volume recruiting, and 2 years of experience managing a team of recruiters, are required. The role demands strong process management and improvement skills, expertise with sourcing tools, and the ability to build and maintain a diverse talent community. The Head of Provider Recruiting will also be expected to have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, as well as a strong sense of integrity and professionalism. Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced dynamic work environment is essential, with bonus points for those who have experience in healthcare or education recruiting and have used Greenhouse ATS.
