Manager, Identity and Access Management Systems
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to oversee daily operations of our IAM team. The role includes workload management, escalation handling, team support, and hands‑on management of IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ, Duo MFA, Entra ID/SSO and Ping’s ForgeRock Identity Governance suite.
Key responsibilities include providing team leadership, coordinating with the IAM Director and engineering for process improvements, evaluating regulatory compliance readiness, and supporting audits.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Perform people‑manager duties: individual support, performance reviews, team communication, and limited on‑call support.
Coordinate end‑user support via Slack, email, tickets, ensuring timely resolution of access requests and technical issues.
Lead backlog management and sprint planning, translating strategic priorities into actionable work items.
Manage regulatory and audit requirements: control reviews, testing, policy reviews, findings management, and remediation.
Collaborate with IAM Engineers on design, testing, and validation of product enhancements.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee 3‑5 direct reports.
Conduct mid‑year and end‑of‑year performance evaluations.
Assist with compensation planning and departmental budget considerations.
Qualifications
Strong written and spoken communication skills for various audience levels.
General understanding of IAM industry best practices.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Proactive, self‑directed for daily operations.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Process improvement mindset.
Collaboration across departments for IAM solutions.
Compliance mindset with audit evidence gathering and reporting.

Technical Skills
IT knowledge of IAM products and tools.
Experience with work prioritization and Jira/Agile practices.
Familiarity with SailPoint IIQ, ForgeRock AM, Entra ID.
Proficient in creating end‑user job aids, knowledge articles, and audit prep documentation.
Education and Experience
Masters degree in IT, cyber security, or similar OR
Bachelors degree with 3 years experience OR
5 years of IAM experience with strong acumen.
Certificates
Industry certifications (CISSP, ITIL, etc) are a plus.

Base salary range: $139,400.00 – $180,800.00.
