Manager, University Programs and Recruiting

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to support university partnerships, programs, and intern recruiting.

Design and execute programs to support the company's business objectives, including talent acquisition, research partnerships, and curriculum development.

Develop and manage budget, track program metrics, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Represent Samsung at university events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the company's brand and interests.

Build consistent long‑term relationships with institutional R&D Centers.

Own intern hiring and headcount management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business or related discipline); advanced degree preferred.

8+ years in university relations, early career programs, and early career recruiting.

Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and its key technologies.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful university partnership programs.

Familiarity with graduate research projects and industry partnerships.

Proven ability to lead teams and scale programs.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Experience working in a global company with a diverse team.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Work with metrics, numbers, and trends to tell a meaningful story to multiple audiences.

Benefits Pay range: $140,000 - $210,000 per year (depending on role’s function and location).
