About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Front of House Shift Lead/Server to join our team in delivering outstanding dining experiences. This flexible role offers $20–$22 per hour as a Shift Lead and $16.50 per hour plus tips when serving. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about expanding their expertise and sharpening their leadership skills while contributing to a thriving and fast-paced environment.

This Role is Perfect for You if
You have 5+ cumulative years of experience as a server. Bartender, host, and expo experience is a plus.
You love engaging with guests, making every visit unforgettable, and cultivating relationships with regulars and locals.
Have a proven track record as a positive and effective leader who inspires and holds the team accountable.
You have a general understanding of restaurant financials (a plus, but not required).
Are passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and fun environment for both guests and the team.
Shift Lead Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise and support staff during shifts, delegate tasks, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing concerns promptly, monitoring service quality, and engaging with guests.
Shift Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and food handling standards, ensuring the restaurant adheres to local, state, and federal regulations.
Problem Solving & Communication: Address on-the-spot issues, such as staffing or equipment malfunctions, and relay updates, policies, and feedback between management and staff.
Server Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive dining experience by anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
Food and Beverage Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and promotions to confidently answer guest questions and upsell items to increase sales.
Order Accuracy and Delivery: Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar, and deliver food and beverages promptly while adhering to presentation and service standards.
Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in all aspects of service.
Building Sales and Loyalty: Encourage repeat visits by creating memorable guest experiences, promoting specials, and building relationships with guests to drive sales and loyalty.
