This is a remote role that may only be hired in CA.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team as a Treasury Management Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior Treasury Management Sales Advisors to develop strategies that drive portfolio growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to sales goals.
A key aspect of this role involves managing efficient internal sales processes to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for preparing client-facing sales materials, ensuring data accuracy for new services, and assisting with pipeline management. Additionally, you will take the lead on managing and closing sales for our basic treasury products, requiring direct client interaction and a foundational knowledge of our solutions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Client & Sales Support: Partner with senior Advisors on strategic client portfolios. This includes summarizing prospect information, preparing for client meetings by conducting detailed internal client reviews, creating account structures, developing pricing proposals, performing competitive analysis and building client-facing relationship review materials.
Direct Sales & Client Engagement: Independently manage the sales process for basic treasury management products directly with clients. Proactively work to understand client needs, resolve inquiries, and provide white glove communication and service.
Go-to-Market Execution: Support the execution of targeted sales campaigns by preparing client-facing collateral, tracking activities to ensure pipeline accuracy, and conducting post‑sale follow‑up to ensure a seamless client transition and product adoption.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a key liaison between the sales team and internal partners to ensure a seamless client onboarding and implementation process. Maintain a strong feedback loop with the Product team on client needs and internal process improvements.
Industry Expertise: Independently develop and maintain technical knowledge of the payments industry, including advancements in technology and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Treasury/Cash Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Treasury/Cash Management
Treasury product knowledge. Client relationship management. Financial analysis. Presentation skills. Basic understanding of treasury operations and payment systems. Familiarity with financial analysis techniques and regulatory requirements. Understanding of client relationship management in financial services.
Preferred Area of Experience: Banking, Supporting Medium to Large Complex Clients
Preferred Area of Study: Business, Finance, or Marketing and Communications
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Skills
Sales Execution & Coordination: Proven ability to manage the internal processes of complex new sales, ensuring a smooth client experience and seamless alignment with internal stakeholders.
Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a distinct sales focus. Ability to build trusted partnerships with aligned Advisors and clients.
Functional Expertise: Strong organizational skills and a high level of proficiency with internal sales tools for reporting, client records management and pipeline tracking.
Analytical Skills: Proactively develop ideas for client research and outreach to support strategic campaigns, migrations and competitive analysis.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the Treasury Management product suite and how to position basic solutions to meet client objectives.
The base pay for this position is generally between $91,000.00 and $121,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
