Responsibilities
SAP PS Configurations
Customize SAP PS to meet business needs
Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support)
Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs
Handle project structures, cost planning and revenue recognition
Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements
Integrate SAP with in-house and third‑party systems
Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements
Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
Conduct unit, integration and UAT testing
Prepare and update support documentation and training materials
Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in‑house tools to streamline organisational processes and maximise operational efficiency
Analyse IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution improvements
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions
Track delivery timelines and gather feedback
Qualifications Skillset requirement:
Deep knowledge of SAP PS module with fair understanding of its integration with CO, MM, SD and FI
Strong grasp of cost planning, revenue planning, budgeting and actual cost tracking
Understanding of SAP PS custom exits and their best utilisation
Experience with S/4HANA implementations
Project structuring: WBS, networks, milestones
Interface design with third‑party applications
Documentation: As‑Is/To‑Be, functional specs, training materials
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
