Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built, and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI‑powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real‑time, 3‑D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to delivering cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM At Anduril’s Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike (TRS) team, we push the limits of aerial drone technology. We drive products such as Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from concept to operational systems that reshape defense and security. Our work spans the full spectrum of small drone development— from the drones themselves to the critical testing, deployment, and operational equipment. We thrive on solving hard problems, collaborating with specialist teams, and delivering next‑generation solutions for our customers. In TRS you’ll be at the vanguard of innovation, working with state‑of‑the‑art technology and driving autonomous systems beyond the current boundaries. If you’re passionate about creating transformative tech and want to help shape the future of defense, we want to hear from you. Join us as we build game‑changing aerial systems that redefine tactical reconnaissance and strike missions.

ABOUT THE JOB As a Robotics Software Engineer on our TRS team, you’ll develop cutting‑edge autonomous systems. You’ll tackle challenges in autonomy, system integration, robotics, and networking, making engineering decisions that directly influence mission success. You’ll build innovative solutions for complex robotics problems, balance pragmatic trade‑offs with mission‑critical demands, and collaborate across teams to integrate software with hardware. You’ll participate in the entire product lifecycle—concept to deployment— prototyping and iterating software solutions rapidly. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous work and embodies a “Whatever It Takes” mindset to deliver scalable, efficient solutions while keeping the mission first. This role offers a chance to profoundly impact next‑gen defense tech, work with state‑of‑the‑art robotics, and join a culture that prizes rapid iteration and high‑quality delivery.
