Responsibilities What You'll Do: Be the dentist’s right hand — assist during all dental procedures with confidence Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro. Deliver that MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise. Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized. Protect patient confidentiality Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines like a boss. Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed Qualifications What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable) Radiography certification (if applicable) 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training A positive, energetic, “let’s get it done” attitude Extra Skills We Love Open Dental experience Experience with Nomad and digital scanning Certifications in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide monitoring Killer multitasking and organizational skills The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment A collaborative spirit — you love being part of a supportive team What’s in It for You?
