About the Role
Lead our Association Management Division as General Manager with full P&L responsibility. This executive role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and business development to drive division profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for division growth and profitability
Build and lead high-performing teams with collaborative leadership approach
Manage division budget, financial operations, and accounting team oversight
Serve as liaison between client boards, accounting firms, and financial institutions
Drive business development through sales, marketing, and client relationship management
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations for clients and prospects
Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and best practices across the division
Travel for client meetings, prospect visits, and 1-2 industry conferences annually
*This position is located in our office. There is a possibility of a hybrid schedule after the introductory period.*

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
10+ years of experience in business and/or non-profit management
Knowledge of accounting principles, non-profit governance, and regulatory compliance
Proven supervisory, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
