Whether experienced or motivated to learn, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure equipment readiness Understand general anatomy of the mouth and dental terminology Assist with crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and implants Hand instruments and anticipate needs during procedures Take and process X-rays Perform lab tasks as instructed Greet patients and schedule appointments Advise on oral hygiene Maintain patient records and assist with payments Deliver oral hygiene and post-op care instructions Handle administrative duties to maintain the practice Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience Professionalism, high moral standards, self-motivation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to excel and provide excellent patient care Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay based on experience Paid vacation and holidays 401k with matching contributions Health, dental, vision insurance (available at 30+ hours) Life and disability insurance Flexible schedules Guardian Dentistry is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
