Job Type: Full Time Salary: $22 - $24 per hour Additional Notes: Travel required within our owners' offices Benefits Paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match Career development and growth opportunities A fun and supportive culture encouraging collaboration and innovation Free Continuing Education (CE) through TAG U How You’ll Make a Difference Assist during a variety of treatment procedures Take dental x-rays Set up and break down operatory post procedure Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns Perform quality impressions and bite registrations Perform digital intraoral scans Support patient charting for doctors Perform various office tasks as necessary Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Ability to work collaboratively with other dental team members High school diploma or equivalent Active license, registration, or permit as required by state, including x-ray certification if required Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
