About the Role We are seeking a

General Manager

for

Saint Bibiana at Hotel Bardo Savannah , a visionary leader who will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, service, and guest experience. This individual is the driving force behind Saint Bibiana’s culture—an inspiring leader who cultivates excellence, empowers the team, and ensures every guest encounter reflects our brand’s distinctive hospitality. The position is based in Savannah, Georgia.

What You’ll Do

Act as the restaurant expert and lead for the restaurant, overseeing all dining experiences and programs.

Manage the restaurant outlet, ensuring the successful execution of food and beverage services while maintaining alignment with the resort's brand.

Collaborate with the Brand Team to create a holistic dining experience, maintaining brand standards and excellence.

Engage with resort, club, and local guests to provide recommendations, book reservations, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Identify and manage restaurant-related partners to support programming and enhance guest experiences.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of dining experiences with other resort offerings.

Understand the operational and financial aspects of restaurant management, effectively managing budgets and resources.

Serve as a central point of contact for dining programming, ensuring clear communication and consistency across all departments.

Assist fellow leaders in training new team members on the resort's brand and service standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within a resort or upscale dining environment.

Genuine passion for exceptional dining experiences and delivering attentive service.

Proficient in verbal and written communication.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, team members, and partners.

Confident, collaborative, and able to contribute to strategic planning and execution.

Flexible availability to accommodate special events and operational needs.
