We are seeking a partner-level attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.
Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation. We offer competitive compensation with generous bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegans as needed.
Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
Maintain regular communication with paralegans and legal assistants.

Education (Required) Juris Doctorate or better.
Experience (Required: 10 years) Licenses & Certifications (Required) Bar.
