What You'll Do Proactively manage positions for multiple asset classes during the overnight shift (12 AM to 8 AM) Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to researchers and developers on areas of improvement Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability Work across the entire organization to improve systems and overall firm performance Control the desks' positions to ensure the portfolio falls within assigned risk limits.
