We are seeking a Senior Agile Developer to join our dynamic team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working in an Agile environment. As a Senior Agile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to create innovative software solutions Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment Write clean, maintainable code that meets coding standards and best practices Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members Identify and address technical debt and other areas for improvement Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 15+ years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies Experience with Java, C#, or other programming languages Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
