Location: Remote, open only to candidates residing in
Arizona, California, New Jersey or Pennsylvania , with required travel based on hotel openings, task force needs, and assigned projects.
Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000 per year

Position Overview Ensemble Hospitality is seeking a proactive and versatile sales professional to join our Corporate Task Force – Sales & Catering team. This hybrid role supports properties across the portfolio by actively selling group and catering business—either remotely or on-site when needed. While occasional task force assignments may involve filling in as a property-level DOSM, the primary focus is on prospecting, account development, and driving revenue across all Ensemble hotels. This is a hybrid position with required travel to hotel properties for temporary on-site needs, and remote selling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and sell group and catering business for Ensemble’s portfolio of hotels during non-assignment periods
When assigned on-site, provide interim sales and catering support during openings, transitions, or high-need periods
Manage client relationships and handle inbound leads from start to finish, including proposals, contracts, and BEOs
Collaborate with GMs, on-property sales teams, and corporate leadership to execute strategies aligned with each property's goals
Utilize sales systems such as Delphi.fdc, Envision, and CI/TY to track and manage opportunities
Provide reporting and updates to the corporate office and property leadership as needed
Represent Ensemble Hospitality’s standards and culture in all interactions
Assist in training and mentoring hotel-based sales staff, when applicable
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hotel sales and/or catering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or selling role
Proven success in meeting/exceeding group and catering revenue targets
Strong familiarity with CRM and event systems (Delphi, Envision, CI/TY, etc.)
Ability to work independently and effectively in both remote and on-site settings
Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
Ability to travel with short notice and adapt quickly to changing environments
Experience in lifestyle, boutique and branded hotels preferred
Hybrid role with 50–75% travel, depending on active assignments Remote selling expected when not assigned to a hotel May require extended stays during hotel transitions, openings, or special events
Annual Salary: $90,000–$105,000, based on experience
Travel reimbursement, per diem, and accommodations when on-site
