Financial Controller
to oversee day-to-day financial operations, manage cash flow, prepare monthly statements and P&Ls, and lead a small accounting team. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in real estate finance.
Responsibilities
Overseeing all daily financial operations
Managing cash flow and budgeting processes
Preparing monthly financial statements and P&L reports
Supervising and mentoring a small accounting team
Coordinating with management on strategic financial planning
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as a controller, preferably in real estate
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Salary:
$150k/Year
