As a Senior GIS Analyst, you will be part of the Global Strategy Analytics (GSA) team, leading efforts to apply geospatial analytics to inform and improve business decision-making across the organization. You will design, build, and deliver analytical workflows and visualizations that translate spatial and non-spatial data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who can independently take a business problem, define the core question, explore multiple solutions, and execute an analytical plan from start to finish. **Key responsibilities include:** Automate repetitive GIS and data management tasks to improve efficiency and scalability. 3+ years of professional GIS and spatial analytics experience.Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related Esri technologies.Strong experience with Python (arcpy, pandas, geopandas) and SQL for data processing and analysis.Proven ability to build analytical workflows independently and deliver complete, reproducible analyses. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, Geography, Data Science, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience with **Snowflake**, **Tableau**, or **Sigma**.
