Full scope Optometrist needed for a Optometry practice in Rochester, NY. This is a great M-F position that provides comprehensive and medical exams. Average 3 patients per hour with tech support. Salary range 160-170K plus full benefits package.
Position Highlights
Full-scope practice equipped with OCT and Visual Field
Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends!
Average 3 patients per hour with tech assistance
Patient mix: Approximately 70% comprehensive / 30% medical
Competitive salary: $160,000–$170,000+

Responsibilities of the Optometrist (OD)
Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
Diagnose disease and vision disorders
Counsel patients regarding their vision needs
Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)
Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
License to practice in the state of NY
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment
