Capgemini Mulesoft Platform Architect (Sr Manager Level) Capgemini is seeking a full‑time Mulesoft Platform Architect (Senior Manager Level) for an immediate role in Chicago, IL, with the possibility to consider candidates in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; NY/NJ; Columbia, SC. Candidates must be willing to join without visa sponsorship.

Your role

Plan, size, and implement MuleSoft Platform for RTF/CloudHub environments.

Architect and design MuleSoft platforms to support production and non‑production environments.

Design and implement networking solutions for communication with enterprise applications on‑premises and in the cloud.

Set up application and platform access using SSO with IDM providers.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated provisioning and deployments in a DevOps environment.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Business, Functional, Networking, Security, Infrastructure) to understand integration requirements.

Develop operational, monitoring, and reliability procedures for large clusters.

Your skills and experience

10+ years of middleware/integration experience (any platform).

Minimum of 3 full life‑cycle MuleSoft Platform setups and operationalization (design, configuration, implementation, and operation).

Must hold MuleSoft Integration Architect and MuleSoft Platform Architect certifications.

Experience with MuleSoft RTF, CloudHub 2.0, Flex Gateway, and deploying MuleSoft Platform on‑prem, public, and private cloud environments.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with substantial software‑development experience.

Compensation Base salary range: $101,300 – $230,790 (tagged location). The full role may include variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Additional benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other eligible benefits.
