They will work with a team of highly-motivated individuals with clinical, management consulting, public health, change management, and healthcare delivery experience and are expected to effectively manage individual work streams and influence stakeholders across clinical, operational, and cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.Clinical and Operational Expertise:* Leverages understanding of all processes associated with dialysis at DaVita, especially for hemodialysis, to develop solutions that will have meaningful clinical impact* Draws on deep clinical knowledge and skills (e.g. fluid and electrolyte balance, infection control, medications ) and understanding of potential co-morbid conditions to inform ‘why’ and ‘how’ interventions will impact patient health outcomesCollaborative Problem Solving:* Leverages hypothesis-based approach to identify and quantify opportunities* Develops understanding of how work fits into the bigger picture* Drives change through influence and collaboration, championing new initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Analytics and Strategic Synthesis:* Utilizes analytical approaches or frameworks, and continuous improvement tools when appropriateWritten & Oral Communication:* Conveys findings in a cohesive story, expressing complex ideas in clear, simple language that compel others to action* Adapts communication style for different stakeholder groups* Facilitates open dialogue and listen actively for feedbackProject
Management:* Creates and manages project work plans* Ensures timelines are met* Balances time to advise across multiple workstreams* Develops understanding of how each part of workstream impacts other parts of workstreamLeadership:* Attracts, develops, and retains talent by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for direct reports and team members.* • Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5% or less## Qualifications* 6+ years of total work experience* 3+ years of work experience within in-center hemodialysis , preferably at DaVita* Registered Nurse license and experience preferred* Work experience in peritoneal dialysis preferred* Capability to conduct analysis and create & deliver impactful presentations preferred* Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred* Ability to assess to arrive at recommendations preferred## **What We’ll Provide:** More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
