Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead / Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SPM, and CMDB modules. This role involves leading technical planning, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including estimation, development, testing, and project delivery. Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders. Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices and integration with other modules. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides. Conduct system assessments and performance tuning to optimize the ServiceNow environment. Implement UI updates such as creating new widgets and customizing portal components. Design and manage integration solutions between ServiceNow and HR applications (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, Rippling). Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum. Provide architectural guidance for AI-enhanced workflows and maintain ethical standards in AI usage. Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a technical lead in ServiceNow development and delivery within client environments. Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; experience with Now Assist is a plus. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using technologies like SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, SOAP, REST, ODBC. Familiarity with AI tools and platforms to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations. Experience in designing integration solutions with HR systems (Workday, UKG Pro, etc.). Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-enhanced platforms and automation strategies. Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for ServiceNow environments.
