Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge and transportation structure design and inspection
NHI Safety Inspection of In‑Service Bridges certification required
Proficiency in CADD (MicroStation and AutoCAD)
Willingness to learn additional software through company training
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with MDOT, DDOT, and/or VDOT design standards and procedures
NHI certifications in Fracture Critical and Ancillary Structures
