Job ID: 1008383 – Novato, CA – Contract (4 months). Position: Full‑time contract, hybrid (2 days onsite in Novato, 2 days remote). Remote days can be chosen except Tuesday or Wednesday. Job Description:
This role ensures compliance of training programs with GxP, regulatory, and industry standards at the Novato manufacturing site and support groups. The Training Associate will manage the LMS, interact with stakeholders, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver seamless training for manufacturing and support groups. Provide training reports for audit and inspection support. Lead or assist department projects as needed. Build training curricula in collaboration with customer departments. Process training assignment requests, node structure changes, and non‑LMS activity records. Integrate e‑learning modules into the LMS and maintain the training database. Create, edit, and archive training documentation and custom reports. Additional Responsibilities
Participate in internal and external audits and inspections. Review SOPs and TNAs, give feedback, and assess training needs for new/revised procedures. Support department logistics and deliver training as needed. Provide technical support to customers across manufacturing and support groups. Train administrators on tools on an ad hoc and planned basis. Guide customers in curriculum design and LMS implementation. Identify and recommend process improvements and lead improvement projects. Required Skills
Experience administering LMS systems (e.g., ComplianceWire, Veeva, SAP). Application of data integrity best practices in a corporate environment. Proficiency with web‑based database software. Excellent customer service across all business levels. Desired Skills
2–4 years in a regulated environment supporting highly technical processes. 4–6 years of professional training experience. Ability to comprehend technical information related to equipment, process, and regulatory expectations. Familiarity with biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Word). Education
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred; biological sciences preferred but not required. Pay Range & Benefits
Pay Range:
$39–$40 per hour (dependent on education, experience, location, duties, certifications). Benefits:
