Job Description Spot On Surveying, Inc., is a full service, well-established Land Surveying and Mapping firm with offices located in Buda and Nacogdoches, Texas. Job Description Spot On Surveying, Inc., is a full service, well-established Land Surveying and Mapping firm with offices located in Buda and Nacogdoches, Texas. We are looking for an office assistant that will work closely with the owners to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Client Invoicing and management using QuickBooks Online Monitoring team’s daily schedule and hours performed on each project Maintain job board (Trello Software) Assist owner with email organization, management, and communications Organize owner’s schedule and appointments Take notes Maintain project files Manage Field Vehicle Maintenance and records Monitor field and office supplies Pick up and deliver documents to clients and vendors Routine office procedures and workplace support This is a long-term opportunity and as experience is gained, duties will evolve. Qualifications: Attitude is everything and you must have a good one! Look forward to what you will learn and have an inquiring mind – ask questions! Ability to communicate and work effectively with teammates and customers. Work independently with little supervision. High school diploma or GED. Relevant clerical and accounting experience. Computer literate. Must have knowledge in the operation of computer software’s (Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, QuickBooks and etc.) and the ability to adapt quickly to additional programs.
