Overview Wholesale company is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to join their Home Decor division . This role involves managing overseas production (China, Vietnam, Cambodia, India), ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and maintaining smooth communication between factories, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities Oversee and track production timelines from order placement to shipment
Coordinate with overseas factories to manage samples, approvals, and production updates
Review and confirm purchase orders, cost sheets, and specifications
Monitor quality control and address production issues proactively
Maintain accurate records of production schedules and shipments
Communicate closely with internal teams to ensure all product details and deadlines are met
Qualifications Experience in home decor, furniture, or related consumer goods production
Knowledge of overseas manufacturing processes (China, Vietnam, Cambodia, India preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Proficiency in Excel and general production tracking tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Salary $75,000+ depending on experience

Job Hours Monday–Friday, standard business hours
