Join Intrepid Control Systems as a Manufacturing Technician and play a vital role in building and testing advanced hardware used by some of the world’s top automotive engineers—all from our Troy, Michigan headquarters. Responsibilities Functional Testing of completed units: verifying performance of Ethernet ports, CAN/LIN interfaces, USB, LEDs, and other key features using diagnostic tools and software. Final Assembly of electronic products: installing printed circuit boards into protective enclosures, attaching connectors, membranes, labeling, and preparing for final testing. Burn‑in Testing: executing stress tests to validate hardware reliability and robustness, documenting test results, reporting defects, and providing feedback to engineering and production teams. Collaboration: working with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to support smooth product flow and continuous improvement. Qualifications / Skills Experience performing functional tests and burn‑in procedures on electronic hardware. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and test documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow established procedures. Comfortable using computers and diagnostic software in a production environment.
