Job #: 5637 Pay Rate: Not Specified Job type: Location: Florence, KY Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30-4pm and OT as needed. Possible Saturday OT as needed. Special Project: I have a re-work project that's going to take approximately 3 months. I need to dump 150 skids of product. This is an extremely dirty job! Responsibilities: Perform a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment, mainly including assisting with the filling and packaging of reagents in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork, attendance, and an ability to adapt to change are critical for this position. Follow company, site, and department procedures. Must be able to read and follow process documentation written in English. Accurately record information within documentation while maintaining strict adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements. Perform daily housekeeping of the production areas and equipment as required. Maintain up-to-date training records and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be motivated and able to learn simple to more complex processes with increasing experience and building of skills. Maintain strict adherence to compliance, safety standards, and standard work instructions including wearing personal protective equipment. Identify and implement process improvement projects using Lean techniques. Communicate any Safety, Quality, or production problem immediately to the appropriate level. This individual has the authority to stop the production line and notify the appropriate individual for any concerns involving Safety, Quality, or Production issues. Support and maintain 5S activities in manufacturing areas. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to work overtime as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
