Project Control Analyst – Clark Construction Group As Project Controls Analyst, you will serve as a trusted financial resource for construction projects and the primary liaison between operations and corporate finance. This highly visible, fast‑paced position is responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and processing functions for projects ranging in size from $20 million to $1 billion in contract value.

Responsibilities

Compile owner requisitions, resolve internal audit findings, process subcontractor requisitions and accounts payable, purchase consumable materials, monitor equipment inventory, manage field payroll, assist with project setup and close‑out, review owner contracts, administer lien waivers and insurance, and provide small‑business tracking and reporting.

Support monthly financial forecasts, prepare cost reports, monitor key performance indicators, drive process innovation, forecast and monitor project cash flow, reconcile change orders, lead contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting, secure permits and verify subcontractor insurance, facilitate project meetings, lead training and development for team members, submit monthly job status reports, oversee project close‑out, maintain relationships with owners and design firms, set deadlines, monitor progress, promote safety, support proposals, and foster an inclusive culture.

Proactively identify and develop industry relationships to generate new work, recruit top talent, and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and reliable output.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP, Textura, Coupa, or Google platforms.

Highly motivated individuals with strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Physical & Work Environment The role requires extended desk work and occasional travel to construction sites. Physical requirements include lifting up to 10 lbs routinely and up to 25 lbs on occasion, as well as general office movement. You will work in a quiet office and at dynamic construction sites, which may involve outdoor weather conditions, noise, and moving equipment.

Performance Expectations This position demands dedication to high performance, flexibility for extended hours during critical phases, readiness to respond to urgent communications, and strict adherence to safety policies and legal requirements.

Drug‑Free Workplace Clark requires pre‑employment drug fitness‑for‑duty screening and conducts random quarterly drug tests.

Compensation & Benefits The base salary range is $68,000–$90,000, with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement plans, insurance, commuter benefits, disability coverage, fitness reimbursement, FSA, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, and wellness programs.
