What You’ll Do Assist our dentists with a variety of clinical procedures and chairside care:
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
Capture digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and extraoral photos
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Keep precise, up-to-date digital patient records
Deliver excellent chairside support and create a calm, welcoming experience
Lend a hand with front office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For Active Tennessee RDA license (required)
Radiology certification (required)
CPR certification (preferred or must obtain upon hire)
Experience with digital dentistry and dental software (OpenDental + Modento)
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
