OVERVIEW

As a Senior Financial AnalystSFA) on the Financial Reporting team, you will contribute to a dynamic Global Accounting Organization (GAO) team, interact with multiple business partners, and maintain external financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. This role offers many unique developmental opportunities, including: Frequent partnership with multiple corporate and finance functions, exposure to leaders within GAO, Corporate Finance, and Investor Relations. Involvement in enterprise initiatives supporting our Accelerate strategy to drive shareholder value. Participation in technology transformation initiatives to drive process improvements. Deepening accounting, controls, and reporting technical expertise from recurring and nonrecurring activities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead the preparation of quarterly SEC filings and support Investor Relations on press releases and presentations. Provide subject matter expertise on global consolidation and external financial reporting processes. Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes. Assess impacts of changing business activities on accounting, reporting, and controls, and develop solutions. Drive process improvement in a dynamic global accounting & controls environment. Contribute to technology transformation initiatives to improve external reporting processes. Collaborate cross‑functionally on topics critical to company strategy and results. Monitor external environment for new financial reporting guidance and implement guidance as applicable. Partner with and manage external business partners, including consultants and external auditors. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 2–3 years of relevant experience, including consolidations and/or SEC reporting. Detail‑oriented, results‑oriented, proactive attitude. Strong organizational skills. Commitment to process excellence. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Aptitude for broad US GAAP subject matter, codification research, and documentation experience. Ability to work independently. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

CPA designation. Master’s in Accounting. Experience at a Big Four public accounting firm. Working knowledge of SAP, OneStream (OS), and Workiva. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

International relocation or remote working arrangements outside the United States will not be considered. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. General Mills will not sponsor work visas. SALARY RANGE

Annual base salary range: $81,000.00 – $121,700.00. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION REQUEST
