The
Procurement Manager – Capex
will be part of the Global Capex Procurement team and will focus on the sourcing and supplier selection process for CAPEX for the recently acquired factory based in Wilson, which will produce OTC products, liquids and tablets. It is a strategic project for Reckitt, aiming at developing US regional OTC manufacturing capabilities. As a Procurement Manager, you will utilize your knowledge of the market, spend analytics, sourcing management processes and tools to rationalize and select suppliers. You will manage supplier relationships and negotiate contract wording, pricing, terms and conditions, and assess continuity of business. You will lead supplier selection process for equipment purchases and provide procurement specific input to cross‑functional teams. The position has a direct impact on corporate measurements and results such as CAPEX and MRO budget. Your responsibilities
Supplier Management and Negotiation: Drive supplier selection and relationship management to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective considering TCO, and reliable sources for the project Strengthen and develop partnerships with strategic suppliers Lead negotiations with suppliers, managing contracts, framework agreements and pricing models, to ensure favourable terms and conditions. Continuously evaluate and benchmark suppliers to ensure competitiveness, performance, and compliance with global standards. Work closely with the Global Procurement Capex team to leverage existing relationships with global suppliers, and potentially other projects happening in parallel. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Ensure alignment between the project team and procurement strategies:
Work closely with engineering teams to understand Capex project requirements, timelines, and specifications. Collaborate with your peers based in Europe to leverage the expertise of the Global Capex Procurement team.
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, finance, and Legal. Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement strategies and support in decision‑making processes related to the project Capex. This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time. The experience we're looking for
Bachelor/master’s degree in business, science/engineering, supply chain or equivalent. 5 to 8 years of experience in Procurement. Experience in Capex Procurement in the Food or Infant Nutrition industry is required. Experience of Senior Stakeholders management is a plus. Communication: Clearly conveying goals and feedback. Adaptability: Being flexible and responsive. Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced environment. Good technical understanding of the standard equipment. Basic understanding of the equipment specific to Infant Nutrition (e.g. Liquid Milk Processing, Spray Drying, Blending, Powder Transport). Good understanding of the services provided in factories. Ability to negotiate commercial and legal terms with suppliers. The skills for success

The base salary range for this role will be USD$127,000.00 – $191,000.00 and will vary based on experience, industry, education, skills and other factors permitted by law.
